1. Overview
Ezomi Concierge operates with a commitment to transparent, trustworthy service. Our goal is to make every client interaction — whether through concierge coordination or a downloadable itinerary — smooth, clear, and confidently delivered.
By purchasing through our site, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
2. Concierge Packages
All concierge services (Essential, Signature, and Elite) are considered confirmed once payment is received. Because concierge coordination begins immediately, these packages are non-refundable in full — however, we offer flexible tier exchanges to ensure every client feels supported.

Upgrades: Clients may upgrade from one package tier to another before travel begins. The price difference between tiers will be invoiced and must be settled before additional bookings or services are processed.

Downgrades: Clients may downgrade to a lower tier prior to travel, provided that concierge work has not been fully completed. In such cases, Ezomi will refund the difference between the tiers — however, refunds will never reduce the total payment below the value of the Essential Concierge package.

Refunds: Full refunds are not available once payment has been processed.

Changes: Adjustments to travel dates, destinations, or vendor requests after confirmations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Downloadable Itineraries
Our downloadable itineraries are digital products delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges: Due to their digital nature, itineraries are final sale — no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Delivery: You’ll receive a secure download link shortly after checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

Usage: Each purchase grants you personal, non-transferable use of the itinerary. Sharing, copying, or reselling Ezomi materials is not permitted.
4. Add-On Services
All add-ons (such as rush bookings, villa inspections, or VIP table coordination) are considered part of concierge service delivery. Once confirmed, these add-ons are non-refundable and tied to the originally purchased package.
5. Payment Methods
Ezomi Concierge processes payments securely through Paystack, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and select international payment methods. All transactions are encrypted.
Currency display toggles on the site (USD, NGN, GBP, EUR) are for convenience only; final billing is processed in Naira (₦).
6. Safety, Privacy & Vendor Responsibility
All Ezomi partner vendors are vetted for reliability, safety, and service quality. However, Ezomi Concierge is not liable for unforeseen events, cancellations, or damages outside of our direct control.
Client information is handled with confidentiality and used solely for service coordination and communication.
