What counts as a “reservation” in a concierge package?

Any single confirmed arrangement — such as a restaurant or nightlife reservation, airport transfer, car + driver, glam or spa appointment, day trip, photographer session, or villa/short-let reservation

How are itineraries delivered?

Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an automatic email with a secure download link to your Ezomi itinerary — no waiting or manual fulfilment required.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Downloadable itineraries are final sale — no refunds or exchanges. Concierge package clients may switch between package tiers after purchase, but refunds are not offered.

How does Ezomi ensure safety and quality?

Every vendor in our network — from drivers to villas and glam squads — is vetted for professionalism, reliability, and discretion. Our team only recommends partners we’d trust for ourselves.

Can Ezomi help with last-minute requests?

Yes, depending on availability. A rush fee may apply for reservations requested within 48 hours of travel.
